Music, Made Your Way

There’s no one way to make music here.

Whether you’re a total beginner, a beat-making wizard,

or just want to explore sound in a safe and creative space

— we’ve got options.

Every session is shaped by you:

Your interests, your goals, your pace.

We offer both group workshops and one-on-one mentoring, with plenty of space to experiment, explore, or just vibe.

No pressure. No judgment. Just music, your way.

What You Can Do

Here’s some of what’s possible at The Music Rooms — but you don’t have to choose upfront.

Mix and match, try things out, or find your own path:

How It Works

You choose:

  • 1:1 mentoring, small groups, or project-based sessions

  • Online or in-person

  • Bring your own ideas — or start fresh with our guidance

  • Use our tools — or bring your own gear

  • Work toward a goal — or explore freely

You don’t need to be "good at music" to belong here. You don’t need to decide everything upfront. You don’t even need to talk, perform, or explain.

Just show up, as you are. We’ll meet you there.

Who You'll Work With

Many of our facilitators are neurodivergent creatives with real experience in music, mentoring, and community building.

We’re not here to evaluate or direct — we’re here to collaborate, guide, and support you to discover what lights you up.

What You Might Get Out of It

  • Creative confidence

  • A finished track, podcast, loop, or project

  • Skills in music tech, storytelling, and collaboration

  • A new outlet for self-expression or regulation

  • Friendships and community

  • A space where you don’t have to mask
